Requesting a ride is now easier and faster
Taxify lowered its prices, now offering the most affordable ride-hailing service in Tallinn and switched to a convenient category-based interface.
The new base fares for private drivers are: start €0.99 + €0.35/km + €0.1/minute and minimum fare 2.5€. The average cost per trip in Tallinn with the new fares is 20% cheaper.
Example routes with new fares:
Telliskivi Creative Campus- > Freedom square = 2.65€
Tallinn airport – > Viru shopping centre = 3.55€
Viimsi shopping centre -> Stockmann = 7€
The new design enables you to find a suitable price-quality ratio service fast and comfortably.
Why are categories better than manual selection?
By ordering the nearest car, Taxify can offer you cheaper rides – drivers have to drive less to pick you up and have lower costs due to that. Prefer cheaper rides? Choose Private. If you wish to order an executive car, choose PrivateUp. Pick XL when travelling with a bigger group.
What else is better now?
Price list – Double-tap on the category icon to see prices. All cars within a category have the same fares.
Price estimate – Insert your journey destination and the app will calculate your estimated price.
Certainty – You can be sure to get the closest car with chosen price and quality. Private drivers, taxis and buses are clearly distinguished and easily found in the app.
Fastest way to get a ride – You will always get the car closest to you. Average time for the driver to reach you is 3 minutes.
Environment – Shorter routes for drivers to reach you will make the service more environmentally friendly.
Simplicity – Ordering a car is now even faster – the ordering process takes only three clicks!
