Federal-Mogul Powertrain Technologies Featured on All 13 International Engine of the Year Award-Winning Engines
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. June 13, 2018… Leading engine technologies from Federal-Mogul Powertrain are featured on all of the 2018 International Engine of the Year Awards winners. Again, Federal-Mogul Powertrain’s broad range of advanced engine components are found on the winners of all 13 award categories, each of which use one or more of the company’s pistons, rings, liners, bearings, valve seats and valve guides, seals and gaskets, valvetrain and system protection products.
The panel of judges for the 2018 International Engine of the Year Awards comprises 68 automotive journalists from 32 countries, who together evaluated engine designs that blended high-end performance with advanced technologies designed to reduce emissions and substantially improve fuel economy.
