Toyota Announces Executive Changes

Company appoints new Chief Diversity Officer

PLANO, Texas (Dec. 17, 2018) – As part of its One Toyota philosophy to improve efficiencies, speed of decision-making and collaboration, Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) and Toyota Financial Services (TFS) have announced the following executive changes, effective January 1, 2019. Sandra Phillips Rogers, group vice president, general counsel and chief legal officer, TMNA, adds the role of chief diversity officer (CDO). She succeeds Chris Reynolds, chief administrative officer in charge of Manufacturing and Corporate Resources. Other executive changes include:
