I took my CX-3 to the Mazda dealer and was told an air-conditioning tube needed to be replaced. This had to be obtained from Japan. Two years ago, the air-con system required a compressor, also from Japan, which took four weeks to arrive. Is this problem due to the refrigerant, as it is not the sort of problem I would expect from a new car? I have been driving cars for 50 years and this unreliability is the first I have experienced. Why does Mazda have to keep its spares in Japan? GO
