RVR sales increase 79 per cent
Mississauga, ON – December 3, 2019 – With 2,052 vehicles sold in November, Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada has hit a record November with a total sales increase of 20 per cent year-over-year. Driving the gain was the significant increase in sales of Mitsubishi Canada’s top nameplate RVR with 856 deliveries during the month, a 79 per cent increase over last year. Model Year 2021 RVR arrived in showrooms in October with a new design and more competitive packaging bringing high demand technologies to lower price lines producing a sales surge in its first month in market which continued into November.
Mitsubishi Outlander notched 431 sales, while 304 Outlander PHEVs were delivered. Rounding out the SUV line-up is Eclipse Cross with 350 sales. The Mitsubishi Mirage subcompact hatchback and G4 sedan reached 111 deliveries.
