Senior Front-End React Developer (San Francisco, CA)
Freedom Robotics is hiring a Senior Front-End React Developer with solid experience designing, implementing, and shipping production web apps at scale to work alongside designers to optimize and convert mockup designs into strong React systems. This role involves working with external and internal APIs and ensuring that the team stays current on trends in front-end development.
The position requires at least 5 years of experience in professional web development and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. You also need to have 4+ years of experience in React.js, and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Trello. Experience in real-world code optimization for browsers, as well as data visualization and graphing, are also helpful.
Customer Success Lead (San Francisco, CA)
Freedom Robotics is looking for a Customer Success Lead that can help support the company’s growing customer base. In addition to onboarding and training customers, you’ll be responsible for ongoing technical and product support. You’ll also manage any bugs that customers encounter and act as a liaison with the product team to ensure that the voice of the customer is represented and feature releases meet their needs.
Requirements for this role include a bachelor’s degree, with a technical background that includes at least two programming classes. You’ll also need to have 2+ years of customer service or account management experience, having previously supported a developer-centric product, and be comfortable working with Linux, Bash, and Python.
