Baojun Reveals Images of New RS-7 Midsize SUV

SHANGHAI – Baojun has revealed the first images of the RS-7 midsize SUV, the newest member of the brand’s lineup featuring its diamond logo. With a choice of six or seven seats, it will meet the varying needs of growing families and business users.

The brand’s interstellar geometry design language and dramatic sculpting define the exterior. The RS-7’s matrix interstellar array grille is simple and delicate. It is complemented by avant-garde LED headlights, concise and restrained LED taillights, and two-color wheels.

The RS-7 has a length of 4,930 millimeters, width of 1,975 millimeters and height of 1,765 millimeters. Its extra-long wheelbase of 2,900 millimeters surpasses the wheelbase of many larger SUVs and ensures a roomy interior.

The large side rear window has unique styling. Along with an anti-pinching electric panoramic sunroof that is 1,153 millimeters long and 696 millimeters wide, it contributes to the bright interior with a feeling of spaciousness.

The six-seat variants are arranged in a 2+2+2 layout and the seven-seat variants are arranged in a 2+2+3 layout. The variety of seating layouts meets the need of different users for diverse travel scenarios. It also has a ground clearance of 172 millimeters when fully loaded to cater to business and travel.

The RS-7 is equipped with a 24-hour online intelligent network connection system that is capable of 5G vehicle networking. The advanced intelligent driving and safety systems enhance comfort, convenience and peace of mind.
