Moody’s Investors Service, (“Moody’s”) has today downgraded the corporate family rating (CFR) of Gestamp Automoción, S.A. (Gestamp) to B1 from Ba3 and the probability of default rating (PDR) to B1-PD from Ba3-PD. Concurrently, Moody’s has confirmed B1 instrument ratings of the backed senior secured notes issued by Gestamp and Gestamp Funding Luxembourg S.A. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
