Compagnie Gener. des Etablissements Michelin — Moody’s withdraws Michelin’s short-term Prime-2 ratings due to Moody’s own business reasons

Moody’s Investors Service, (“Moody’s”) has today withdrawn the short-term Prime-2 (P-2) ratings of Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin (CGEM, or Michelin) and Compagnie Financiere Michelin SCmA (CFM), a wholly owned subsidiary of CGEM. Please refer to the Moody’s Investors Service Policy for Withdrawal of Credit Ratings, available on its website, www.moodys.com. On 14 May 2020, Moody’s affirmed all ratings of Michelin, including the A3 long-term issuer ratings of CGEM and CFM and the P-2 short-term issuer ratings of both entities.
