MOSCOW, February 8. /TASS/. Russian Railways keeps plans of selling shares in the international logistical operator Gefco, First Deputy CEO of the Russian railway operator Vadim Mikhailov told reporters on Monday.
“Gefco [sale] was in plans in 2020. We do not remove [this topic] from the agenda. The question of the form of the future sale and the stake will be discussed. If the market situation is good, we will sell,” the top manager said.
Gefco is present in 150 countries of the world. Key accounts of the company are leading automotive companies and industrial producers. Russian Railways has 75% in Gefco. PSA owns 25% in the operator.
