[ Corporate Administration Div. ]< Discontinuation of Corporate Administration Div. >The Corporate Administration Div. has been dissolved in order to have a more streamlined structure and enhance the operational efficiency of the back office section.Departments that were under the Corporate Administration Div.:General Administration Dept., CSR & Environment Dept., Affiliated Companies Dept., Legal Dept., Intellectual Property Dept., Internal Audit Dept.
[ Overseas Sales & Marketing Div. 2 ]< Establishment of Sales & Marketing Dept. 3 >With the aims of responding to regulations and securing / strengthening sales structure in the European market where strict environmental regulations are being introduced, the European sales function which was under the Sales & Marketing Dept. 1 (Europe Sales & Marketing Sec. 1 / Europe Sales & Marketing Sec. 2) has been made independent to form a department exclusively engaged in European sales and marketing activities.
[ Engineering Management Div. ]< Change in the organizational setup along with the establishment of the Engineering Management Div. >With the establishment of the Engineering Management Div., Subaru’s technological development will now be advanced under a three-division structure, consisting of the Engineering Management Div., the Engineering Div. 1 and Engineering Div. 2. Along with this change, the following departments have moved from Engineering Div. 1 and Engineering Div. 2 to the Engineering Management Div.Departments moved to the Engineering Management Div.:Advanced Engineering Dept., Quality Management Dept.
