The report describes the objectives set by Antolin, the actions undertaken, and the results achieved in order for it to comply with the Ten Principles of the Global Compact.
Through the Advanced level, the United Nations’ Global Compact Office recognizes companies that strive to be top reporters and declare that they have adopted and report on a broad range of best practices in sustainability governance and management.
Grupo Antolin took a further step forward in improving the communication of relevant issues to its stakeholders with the preparation of the 2020 Report following the criteria of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. Antolin’s sustainable business model aims to contribute to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development with its 17 Objectives, as well as the United Nations Global Compact and its Ten Principles.
Global Compact Office assessed that Grupo Antolin’s Integrated Report describes actions and relevant policies related to Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption as well as includes a measurement of outcomes.
Antolin is a founding member of the Spanish Network of the United Nations’ Global Compact and member of its Executive Committee. The mission of Global Compact is to promote business sustainability through the implementation of 10 Universal Principles on Human Rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption, in the strategy of the organizations and to favour, in this way, the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
