Specialised automotive component manufacturing company Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd (MSSL) on Tuesday posted a profit after tax of Rs 290 crore in the April to June quarter versus a loss of Rs 810 crore in the same quarter of last year.
Revenues impacted in India due to OEM production shutdown for most part of May in the current quarter.
MSSL is currently the largest auto ancillary in India and among the Fab 50 companies of India by Forbes magazine.
