IG Metall and Airbus Operations as well as Mubea started talks on Tuesday about the perspective of individual part production. The plans to sell the Augsburg plant are off the table. Daniel Friedrich, district manager of the IG Metall coast: “This means that the Varel plant is now the sole focus.”
