Toyota Tsusho Corporation (“Toyota Tsusho”) is pleased to inform that Toyota Tsusho decided to acquire 40% (9,941 stocks) of Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation (“Eurus”), which Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. (“TEPCO”) had, which allows Toyota Tsusho to acquire 100% ownership of Eurus.
