Grupo Antolin has participated in the study “The Advisory Boards in Spain”, carried out by the consultancy firm Exec Avenue. The study offers an in-depth analysis on the role of the Advisory Board in companies, its typology and remuneration, as well as the detail of case studies in companies such as Grupo Antolin.
68 experts with high experience in Advisory Boards and Boards of Directors have participated in the study. It also collects the opinion of the most relevant knowledge centers of Governance in Spain, such as the Institute of Governance and Society, the IESE Business School, the Esade Corporate Governance Center, the AED and KPMG Board Members School, the Woman Forward Foundation and the Institute of Business Governance.
The Grupo Antolin Advisory Board was born in 2018 with the objective of supporting and advising the Board of Directors on the progress of the business and strategic decisions.
