Pune, Indien / Amberg, Deutschland, 22. Januar 2019 – Allygrow Technologies, ein globaler Entwicklungsdienstleister für die Automobil-, Maschinenbau- und Luftfahrtindustrie, und die Grammer AG, einer der führenden Innenausstattungsspezialisten, der für seine innovativen und hochwertigen Produkte bekannt ist, haben sich vor kurzem in Indien zusammengeschlossen und ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen gegründet, das erstklassige Produkte und Lösungen für die Automobil- und Nutzfahrzeugindustrie entwickeln soll. Nach der Unterzeichnung des Joint-Venture-Vertrages wurde am 14. Dezember 2018 das neue gemeinsame Technologiezentrum in Pune feierlich eingeweiht. Vorstandsmitglieder von der Grammer AG sowie von Allygrow Technologies nahmen an der Feier teil, um die strategische Bedeutung für die künftige Entwicklung beider Unternehmen zu unterstreichen.

Das neue Gemeinschaftsunternehmen „AllyGram Systems and Technologies“ erbringt Entwicklungsdienstleistungen für die globalen Grammer Standorte und soll daher einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Steigerung der globalen F&E-Fähigkeiten des Konzerns leisten. Mit dem neuen Gemeinschaftsunternehmen und dem Technologiezentrum in Indien kann Grammer seine Entwicklungsprozesse weiter optimieren und die Leistungsfähigkeit seiner globalen F&E-Organisation deutlich verbessern. Durch hoch effiziente F&E-Strukturen und Entwicklungsprozesse kann sich der Grammer-Konzern im internationalen Wettbewerb in den Schlüsselmärkten Europa, Asien und Nordamerika besser behaupten und gleichzeitig neue Märkte und Kunden ansprechen.

Unternehmensprofil

Die Grammer AG mit Sitz in Amberg ist spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Komponenten und Systemen für die Pkw-Innenausstattung sowie von gefederten Fahrer- und Passagiersitzen für On- und Offroad-Fahrzeuge.
