First place in “Best Employer of Choice 2013”
Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, 30 April 2014 – Automobili Lamborghini, the luxury super sports car company headquartered in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, was named the most attractive company for recent graduates in Italy in a recent survey by the Fondazione Emblema. Vodafone and Ferrari placed second and third, respectively. The results come from Fondazione Emblema's Employer of Choice 2013 which queries recent graduates and final-year students from the main Italian universities.
Some of the main reasons for students choosing Automobili Lamborghini as their “Best Employer of Choice” included the possibility for professional growth, the excellent working environment and the reputation of the brand.
“Working for Lamborghini means contributing to the creation of a world-beating and coveted product in a highly professional and passionate atmosphere. This result is a further step towards Lamborghini's strategic aim of becoming an ever-more attractive company to work for. Young people represent an important investment for our future, which is why we think it is fundamental both to work actively with schools and universities, where we can find and select the best talent, and to guarantee innovative career paths for the young people we employ,” stated Umberto Tossini, HR and Organization Director.
This latest recognition is also the result of steps taken by Lamborghini over the last year to place greater importance in development policies for young professionals. The Company has organized numerous partnerships and events with the most important Italian universities, such as participation in Career Days and company testimonials.
In terms of vocational training and guidance, Automobili Lamborghini has always shown a strong commitment to the area where it is based through long-term collaborations with universities, schools and other institutions in the region. All this translates into a concrete commitment to the creation of job openings for young high-school and university graduates, with around 300 taken on over the last three years.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, 11.03.2014 – In the Fiscal Year 2013 (31.12.2013), Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. improved its key financial figures once more and marked another successful step in its brand history of more than 50 years. With worldwide deliveries to customers increasing from 2,083 to 2,121 units, the Italian super sports car manufacturer improved its sales for the third consecutive year. These sales figures are outperforming the market trends in the super sports car segment.
The turnover shows a solid growth by 8 % from 469 million euros to 508 million euros. This overproportional increase compared to deliveries is due to an improved model mix; in 2013, 1,001 units of the top model, the V12 powered Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 were sold. This is a record for V12 powered Lamborghini models and represents a 9% increase from 922 units sold in 2012. Two and a half years after its market introduction the order bank for both Coupé and Roadster still covers the next 12 months' production. Overall, 2013 was another positive year in terms of profitability.
In its final year of production, the evergreen Lamborghini Gallardo recorded remarkably stable deliveries of 1,120 units following 2012 when 1,161 Gallardo were sold. With 14,022 units sold over its entire lifecycle, this makes the Gallardo the bestselling Lamborghini of all time to date.
“In the year of our 50th anniversary, Lamborghini has delivered a very satisfying performance, confirming the strength of our product and commercial strategy. Today the company is driving towards the future from a very solid economic base. With our very attractive and new model mix, ongoing high investments of more than 20% of our total turnover into R&D as well as continuous investments into factory premises and the recovery of the markets we anticipate a new phase of solid global growth into new dimensions in the short and long term” said Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.
Lamborghini is a global brand, and sales distribution has been well balanced among the three regions: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) 34%, America 36% and Asia Pacific 30%.This enables the company to respond flexibly to fluctuations in single markets should they occur.
In 2013, the company continued its path of sustainable development: enlarging its facilities and hiring 100 highly qualified professionals in Sant'Agata Bolognese to address both production demand and new projects, with 1,029 employees at the end of the year. As for human resources and ethical commitment Lamborghini has just been awarded two important prizes: the prestigious accolade “Top Employers Italia 2014”, the first Italian car producer to be selected for this award, and the “Ethical Company” award.
The successor of the Gallardo, the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4, made its global debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2014 and is currently receiving overwhelming reactions from markets and customers all over the world. This is also mirrored in the positive media coverage of the new car emanating from the show. Even before the official launch of the Huracán LP 610-4, Lamborghini registered more than 1,000 orders for the highly innovative new super sports car designed to set a new benchmark in its segment.

As of today, the new Automobili Lamborghini Media Website is online at http://media.lamborghini.com
The main new features of the site, which has a new look and updated graphics, are its ease of access from any PC, smartphone or tablet; a new, simple and precise navigation structure, which allows all contents to be viewed with a single click; and a search function which allows searches to be refined with customized parameters.
Text, photos and videos can be viewed in real time, shared on the main social networks, or downloaded. The videos, specifically, are available in standard versions both in PAL and NTSC formats as well as WEB and HD versions. The interior of the site has also been reorganized – it is divided into intuitive sections with the possibility to search for multimedia content (photos and videos) across all of them by using the “Multimedia Library” function. There are four main sections, which are in turn divided into subsections:
CORPORATE: This section provides information on everything about Lamborghini – news, history, management biographies, sustainability projects and events.
PRODUCT: This section offers detailed information on every model produced by Lamborghini from 1963 to the present day, listed by current models, limited editions, concepts, and historic models.
SQUADRA CORSE: The main news and results from the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo single-brand racing championship, divided into the three Europe, Asia and North America series, as well as an overview of the GT3 class championships.
COLLEZIONE AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI: This section provides all the latest news on the House ofthe Raging Bull's fashion and accessories line.
The Home Page also provides direct access to Automobili Lamborghini's official website, with amonthly average of 1.5 million visitors, and our social network profiles, in particular our Facebook page, followed by over 6.5 million fans, and Twitter profile, with around 400,000 followers. On the occasion of the Geneva Motor Show, a live streaming feed of the press conference and world premiere unveiling of the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 will be available at 8 a.m. on March 4th, while the videos and photos will be available for download on the media website.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, 25 February 2014 – Automobili Lamborghini will present its renewed Ad Personam program at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show – the personalization program which allows clients to create their own made-toorder Lamborghini. Currently available for the Aventador range, it will soon be extended to the Huracán.
The new options increase the ability to commission a new Lamborghini right down to the smallest details. Passenger compartment color combinations have been increased, with an expanded choice of leather and Alcantara® colors, as well as the range of colors for floormats and seatbelts. New dual-color exterior paint and livery possibilities are also offered.
Ad Personam boasts a range of new materials: from semi-aniline leather, among the highest quality leathers available on the market with its soft touch and natural look, to the most innovative and high-tech materials, such as Forged Composite, a Lamborghini patented carbon-fiber material offered for the hard top interior and exterior details of the Aventador.
The program also extends to the most extreme levels of personalization: from hand-stitched seat emblems and monograms inside the passenger compartment, right through to requests for custom colors, all while maintaining the manufacturer's strict quality and design standards.
Customers taking advantage of the Ad Personam program can also configure their vehicles directly at the Lamborghini plant in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, assisted by a dedicated specialist who ensures that the vehicle produced is not only unique, but fits in with the Lamborghini brand and traditions.
A concrete example of the infinite range of combinations offered by Ad Personam is the special Aventador Roadster displayed at the next Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle has a range of high customizations to both its interior and exterior: it is the first vehicle with Forged Composite inserts on the front spoiler, air intake, rear spoiler; and, in the interior, on the door sills, instrument cluster cover, infotainment controls and screen trim.
The mirrors and transparent engine hood details have been further personalized with the choice of a matt silver paint instead of black. Even the bodywork color is Ad Personam, a shimmering blue (Blue Sideris) matching the dual-color rims and the Forged Composite roof with blue highlights and special Y-shaped livery.
A further refinement for those visiting the Geneva Motor Show is the creation of the Ad Personam Studio. The Studio is a fully-functional and highly-exclusive design studio where customers are assisted in the process of creating their very own, made-to-order Lamborghini Aventador. The procedure of defining the new vehicle's specification is further aided by color and material samples and by a car configurator, which gives a preview of the result on the finished vehicle.

In 2015 Automobili Lamborghini set another sales record in its history. With 3,245 cars delivered to customers the company surpassed the 3,000 units mark for the first time, achieving a new milestone not only for sales, but also for brand and product.
“In 2015 Lamborghini delivered an exceptional sales performance and new records in all key business figures*, confirming the strength of our brand, product and commercial strategy. With the introduction of several new models in 2015 and a solid order bank we are well prepared for the year 2016,” said Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.
With 135 dealers serving 50 countries, worldwide deliveries to customers increased from 2,530 to 3,245 units in 2015. This represents a sales growth of 28% compared to the previous year and 2.5 times the sales of the year 2010.
“We increased sales in all our major regions with new sales records in America and Asia Pacific,” continued Winkelmann. “Our biggest markets are the USA and Greater China. They are followed by Japan, UK, the Middle East and Germany, each of them registering considerable growth in 2015.”
Lamborghini is a global brand and sales distribution is well-balanced among the three regions: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), America and Asia Pacific, which each account for approximately one third of global sales.
Thanks to the ten-cylinder Huracán LP 610-4 model, the year 2015 has been the most successful yet in Lamborghini's history for V10 sales. In its first year of full availability 2,242 units of the Lamborghini Huracán were delivered to customers. Sales figures of the Huracán in the first 18 months after market introduction were up by 70% compared to its predecessor, the Gallardo, in the same period after market launch.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, 17.02.2014 – Italian automaker Automobili Lamborghini has been awarded prestigious Top Employers Italia 2014 Certification, an honor bestowed by the Top Employers Institute each year on companies with excellent workplace environments and advanced policies for human resource management.
The Top Employers certification program is a process lasting about a year, during which companies with at least 250 employees in Italy or 2500 employees on an international level are vetted. Certification is granted only after a structured investigation and verification procedure in which five criteria are considered: salary policies, working conditions and benefits, training and professional growth, career opportunities and corporate culture. Only companies that attain the very high scores required by certification are recognized as Top Employers Companies and obtain the Quality Mark of Top Employers Certification.
Welfare in Lamborghini
Welfare programs at Lamborghini operate through a series of contractual and salary policies, and through projects whose purpose is to improve the quality of life during and outside of working hours. The goal is to advance a corporate culture based on quality, transparency and motivation.
The theme of work-life balance between private and professional life is given great consideration and regarded as basic to the well-being and motivation of staff. As a result, a large number of welfare programs have been developed that translate into real benefits for those who work at Lamborghini.
Working conditions are arranged to ensure the highest levels of safety in the workplace. In this regard, Lamborghini was the first company in Italy to receive the Italian President's Award during the National Forum on Health and Safety in the Workplace. This honor is complemented by a partnership in place with the Occupational Medicine Unit at the University of Bologna and with Sant'Orsola Malpighi Polyclinic in Bologna.
Another aspect that sets Lamborghini apart as a company of excellence in human resources is the importance attributed to training as an essential method of enhancing individual skills, to the development of talented workers through advanced programs, and to opportunities for international job rotation.
At present, Lamborghini has 1029 employees at its historic Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters, a number that has grown by 61% over the past 10 years. 300 persons have been hired since 2011, particularly in the industrial and R&D fields, with an annual average of 30% women hired over the past three years. 2014 will be yet another year of investment in human resources, as additional employees are slated to be hired.

Automobili Lamborghini continues with the expansion of its sales network, inaugurating four new dealerships in three continents over the last few days: In Europe in Pangbourne (Great Britain); in Asia in New Delhi (India) and Aoyama (Japan); and in North America in Vancouver (Canada).
With the openings in recent days, Lamborghini now has a presence in 45 countries, with 124 dealerships overall. The 2013 sales network development strategy has focused on enlargement, renewal and reorganization of Lamborghini sales locations in the European market, which today represents around a third of the company's total sales.
The end-of-year objective is to further reinforce the Raging Bull's market presence with the opening of six further new dealerships, in Eastern Europe particularly, bringing the worldwide total to 130.
The showrooms inaugurated in the last few days will host Lamborghini's current line-up, from the Gallardo range including the latest Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse presented at the recent Frankfurt Motor Show, to the most exclusive V12 models, the Aventador LP 700-4 Coupé and Roadster.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, 6 June 2013 – The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 achieved an important milestone in its history, with the 2,000th vehicle produced. The Nero Nemesis car, chassis number 2,000, rolled off the assembly line destined for the United States.
Its owner, Thaddeus Arroyo, Chief Intelligence Officer for AT&T, is a highly ranked U.S. executive and a passionate Lamborghini customer, who already owns a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder.
Following a test drive of the Aventador LP 700-4 during a Lamborghini event in Palm Beach, he was immediately impressed by the extraordinary performance of the car to the point that he decided to purchase it.
The Sant' Agata Bolognese plant's productivity has noticeably increased for the Aventador LP 700-4 compared to the previous flagship model: Murcielago took four years and half before the 2,000th example rolled off the assembly line. Launched in 2001, the Murcielago reached the 2,000-vehicle milestone in March 2006. The Aventador has reached this milestone in just over two years, with production currently of nearly five cars per day.
In 2013 the Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster, the most extraordinary open top super sports car, joined the successful coupe. Initial pre-order expectations for this model have been exceeded and the order bank for both versions covers more than one year.

The Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Grande Giro came to an end Saturday, 11 May. 350 super sports cars made their triumphal entry at Lamborghini headquarters after travelling from Bologna to Sant'Agata Bolognese, past staring onlookers, flashing cameras and applauding citizens and enthusiasts.

Over 1,000 people were invited to the exclusive gala dinner at the factory. Rupert Stadler, Chief Executive Officer of AUDI AG, announced – amongst an applauding audience – that the company from Sant'Agata Bolognese will introduce its third model in 2017: the supersport Lamborghini Urus SUV, the sports utility vehicle presented last year at Beijing Auto Show.

In a thrilling moment, Volkswagen Group Design Head Walter De Silva's Lamborghini Egoista was driven on to center stage. This was De Silva's way of celebrating and making tribute to the House of the Raging Bull's 50th Anniversary.
Gala Evening
The signal to enter the hall was given to the guests by the arrival of a majestic Italian Navy EH 101 helicopter belonging to the 1st Helicopter Group of the Luni-Sarzana Helicopter Station. The gala evening, which was hosted by Communications and External Relations Director Raffaello Porro, started off with a standing ovation for the State Police, which provided its services throughout the entire Tour. Next, the winner of Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary Concorso d'Eleganza contest took center stage amongst applauses: a 1969 Miura P 400 S belonging to Norwegian collector Harald Skjoldt and once owned by Frank Sinatra – received the award from Maurizio Reggiani, Lamborghini Board Member for Research and Development.A breathtaking fireworks show at the end of the dinner was accompanied by an original soundtrack composed specifically for the event. Composers and performers of the original music included Chardo Formosa (Australia), Riccardo Caruso (grandson of renowned Enrico Caruso) and Riccardo Cioni (composer and entrepreneur). Stephen Head (USA) was responsible for the soundtrack's sound design. The fireworks show was put together by Fratelli Soldi and covered an area of 170 meters. Band Mandoki Soul Mates, led by Leslie Mandoki and along with stars Paul Young, Howard Jones and Midge Ure, ended the evening with a captivating concert.
50th Anniversary in Lamborghini's city
The company displayed 12 vehicles in Piazza dei Martiri in Sant'Agata Bolognese, including, among others, the Aventador LP 700-4 Coupé and Roadster and the Countach LP 400 (chassis number 002). This Countach was the first ever sold and was specifically brought to Italy for the event by Norwegian collector Fredrik Skjoldt. It originally belonged to Farah Diba, wife of the then Shah of Persia. This vehicle was the same one used for Zagari's photographs in the brochure and owner's manual and still has the original engine.
The event in Sant'Agata Bolognese
The figures for the factory event are exceptional: a lounge area covering over 1,400sqm, a tensile structure supplied by 2,680kW set up in an area extending over 7,000sqm and 20m high, a 25m wide stage and a giant screen measuring 11 x 6.5m. Special gala dinner seating was enhanced by a carbon-fiber centerpiece created by the Lamborghini Advanced Composite Research Center, made of the carbon fibre of the company Mitsubishi Rayon, the supplier of raw materials used for the research and development of composite materials in the House of the Raging Bull's supercars. Renowned Italian wine producer and technical sponsor for the evening, Bisol, also paid tribute to Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary by making 300 exclusive bottles of its Cuvée del Fondatore Riserva Speciale Extra Brut.
Charity auction for the areas devastated by the seismic events of May 2012
The Centro Stile held a charity auction during the event, where works by important names from Lamborghini's past and present were sold.
Simon Kidston, the formal speaker for the Grand Tour and official auctioneer, presented works created by all the Lamborghini Centro Stile designers, in addition to those by Gian Paolo Dallara, Marcello Gandini, Walter De Silva, Giorgetto Giugiaro and Luc Donckerwolke. All works on display were sold at total price of Euro 83,000 demonstrating great interest.Lamborghini will donate the proceeds of the auction as well as the 10% of the proceeds of sponsorship revenue to a fund established to help rebuild religious, social and cultural centers damaged by the devastating earthquakes that hit Emilia-Romagna in May this year. The donation is a tribute to the native region of Lamborghini, which remains strongly linked to its original roots, despite the global nature of the business.
Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary Concours d'Elegance in Piazza Maggiore and other initiatives in the city of BolognaOn Saturday morning, 11 May, the honouring jury for Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary elegance contest, led by Gian Paolo Dallara and composed by Walter De Silva, Head of Volkswagen Group Design, Alain Delamuraz, Vice President and Head of Marketing Blancpain, Giorgetto Giugiaro, founder of Italdesign Giugiaro, Harry Metcalfe, Editor in Chief of Evo magazine and collector of vintage cars, and Angelo Sticchi Damiani, President of ACI (Automobile Club d'Italia), along with the help of a specialized technical jury presided by Adolfo Orsi, evaluated more than 30 historical vehicles from the House of the Raging Bull (from the 350 GT to the Countach). The winner – the Miura P 400 S owned by Harald Skjoldt – received a special edition of the legendary Fifty Fathoms watch by Blancpain, a Main Partner in Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary celebrations. Trumpeter Paolo Fresu improvised a morning concert on the terrace of the Basilica of San Petronio to the delight of participants.
Lounge area
An exceptional lounge welcomed guests upon their arrival, where they could sip an aperitif while strolling amid the Urus, Sesto Elemento, Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 GT3 and Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo displayed in the Motorsport area. The display was further enhanced by unique vehicles such as the 350 GTS, the Aventador 'Follow Me' from Bologna airport, and the spectacular presence of the police force's Gallardo surrounded by the 26 motorcycles that had escorted the motorcade during the Grande Giro.
A tribute to the areas devastated by the seismic events of May 2012
On the morning of 11 May, a delegation of Lamborghini vehicles escorted by two Carabinieri motorcycles and driven by 16 voluntary company employees headed towards the areas devastated by the seismic events of May 2012. The motorcade left Bologna's city center and crossed the towns of Crevalcore, Camposanto, Finale Emilia, San Felice sul Panaro, Medolla, San Martino Spino, Cavezzo and Mirandola – which is home to technical sponsor Imperiale – and completed their tour in Sant'Agata Bolognese's old town center.

The 50th Anniversary Aventador LP 720-4 Roadster was on display in front of the main building, beside the coupé presented at the last motor show in Shanghai. This open super sports car features exclusive technology and equipment and will be manufactured in a limited run of 100 numbered units for the entire world. A Forged Composite® plate inside each vehicle further emphasizes its exclusivity by not only bearing the official 50th Anniversary logo, but also the vehicle's progressive number.
This limited edition boasts the redevelopment of the vehicle's front and rear ends to provide improved performance, special Titans Grey paint, a unique interior and a V12 engine increased up to 720 hp.
Celebratory book published by Skira
Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary will also be celebrated with a special illustrated book. The book boasts the curatorship of people the likes of top Italian art expert Philippe Daverio and Gian Luca Farinelli, Director of the Bologna film library. The book is divided into seven chapters focusing on the history and values of this company from Sant'Agata Bolognese: History, Technological Innovation, Design, People, Image and The Future.
