Kia Mohave scores 7,000 preorders, aims to sell 20,000

Kia Motors’ premium large sport utility vehicle Mohave has returned with a revamped look and high-tech features, along with an aim to sell 20,000 vehicles a year.To make the vehicle “a timeless icon,” the company has imbued it with a “rugged but progressive” design in the inside and outside of the vehicle.The Mohave is being offered in two types: the Master and Platinum, priced at 51.6 million won and 47 million won ($43,100 and $39,300), respectively.

GAC Motor automaker to sell first Chinese electric cars in Israel

JERUSALEM, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) — Chinese electric cars will be sold for the first time in Israel starting in the first quarter of 2020, as an Israeli dealership will offer models of GAC Motor, China's leading auto maker, the Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported on Thursday.
The GAC Motor electric car models that will be sold in Israel are Aion S and Trumpchi GE3.
Aion S, a compact sedan car, was unveiled in November 2018 by GAC NE, GAC Motor's energy vehicle arm.
The length of the Aion S is 4.77 meters and its wheelbase is 2.75 meters. The 58.8 kWh battery capacity gives the Aion S a minimum driving range of 510 kilometers.
The Trumpchi GE3, launched in 2017, is a subcompact crossover SUV (sport utility vehicle) with a length of 4.35 meters and a wheelbase of 2.56 meters.
It is equipped with a 47-kWh battery and has a driving range of 310 km.
The Israeli importing company of GAC electric cars will be a new subsidiary of Union Group, a Toyota Israeli car importer ..
