Singapore- and US-based venture capital firm B Capital was the investor that put in the most funds in Zipmex, the cryptocurrency exchange that has filed for bankruptcy protection in Singapore, show regulatory filings accessed by DealStreetAsia.
B Capital had invested around $20 million in Zipmex, show data from DealStreetAsia’s DATA VANTAGE platform. American VC firm Jump Capital, which has invested $5.8 million in the firm, was the next biggest investor followed by Hong Kong’s Mindworks Ventures, which had pumped $4 million into the company.
