Indonesian conglomerate Emtek Group, the top shareholder of IDX-listed online marketplace Bukalapak, is exploring options of conducting an initial public offering for its Netflix-like video streaming unit Vidio.com when the market conditions are favourable.
Emtek Group vice-president director Sutanto Hartono told DealStreetAsia that Vidio has reported strong performance and holds a unique proposition to be listed in the market.
