SirionLabs, a company that provides software applications for enterprise contract management, is acquiring Kenzai Intelligent Systems (Zendoc) for about $3 million, according to a regulatory filing accessed by DealStreetAsia.
Sirion Labs will allot about 304,501 shares at $9.852997 to Zendoc, through a reverse triangular merger, per company’s filing with The Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
