Vietnamese retail chain Pharmacity has replaced its founder Christopher Randy Stroud — also known as Chris Blank — as legal representative of the firm.
He has been replaced by director Nguyen Nhu Nam, per a regulatory filing seen by DealStreetAsia. Nam is understood to be an investment manager from South Korea’s SK Group, one of Pharmacity’s backers.
