Citroen India celebrated India’s 75th Independence Day by delivering 75 new Citroen C3 cars to customers through its dealer partner Paris Motocorp in Delhi.
The mega customer delivery event was held at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi, and all customers who had booked the Citroen C3 were handed over the keys jointly by Saurabh Vatsa, Brand Head, Citroen India, Himanshu Agarwal, Dealer Principal, and Anil Chhatwal, CEO, La Maison Citroën Delhi. The company claims that since the C3’s launch on July 20, the car has received a positive response across its 20 dealerships. The Citroen C3 is currently available at a special introductory price of Rs 570,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The C3’s warranty programme includes services like a standard vehicle warranty for two years or 40,000km (whichever is earlier), a warranty on spare parts and accessories for 12 months or 10,000km (whichever is earlier), and 24/7 Roadside Assistance for maximum comfort and mobility. Extended warranty and maintenance packages are also available across the network.
As per apex industry body SIAM, PCA Motors has clocked total wholesales of 610 C3s till end-July 2022 including 550 in July. A total of 645 units were produced till end-July 2022, including 585 units last month.
Meanwhile, the C5 Aircross SUV, PCA Motors and Citroen India’s other product, is seeing growing demand. In July, the C5 Aircross sold 411 units and has clocked cumulative wholesales of 1,251 units in the April-July 2022 period, up 38% YoY.
