Sorin Investments, a tech fund co-founded by private equity (PE) veteran Sanjay Nayar and Angad Banga of Hong Kong-based Caravel group, has kept a window of 18 months to make the final close of its debut investment vehicle with a corpus of $130 million.
The firm made the first close at $100 million last month and is currently in talks with institutional investors both in India and abroad to rake in the rest of the amount, its top executives told DealStreetAsia in an interview.
