Asian mixed martial arts (MMA) media firm ONE Championship has re-domiciled to the Cayman Islands, according to recent filing updates in Singapore.
According to ONE’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) filings, the Asian MMA media property transferred all its shares to an entity called Group One Holdings (Cayman) on August 15, 2022.
