A bear market, characterised by a market that is going through prolonged price declines, is actually an opportune time for startup founders to slow down and build their products, according to a top executive of a venture capital firm.
“Last year was extremely bullish. Now, I think, we are already in an extremely bearish kind of phase,” Jefrey Joe, Alpha JWC Ventures co-founder and managing partner, said in a panel session at the NXC International Summit 2022 held in Bali recently.
