Dymon Asia Private Equity, the PE arm of alternative investment firm Dymon Asia Capital, has so far raised $593 million for its latest Southeast Asia fund, its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed.
Dymon Asia Private Equity Fund III, which received commitments from 65 investors who chipped in a minimum of $5 million each, seeks to raise $650 million to invest in mid-market companies in Southeast Asia.
