Singapore-based venture capital firm Tin Men Capital, once a three-man founding team investing in early-stage B2B tech startups in Southeast Asia, is now down to two.
According to recent filings with Singapore’s Accounting Corporate and Regulatory Authority (Acra), Benjamin Tan, co-founder of Tin Men Capital, ceased to be a director for its second fund on August 17. His ordinary shares in the company were transferred to co-founders Jeremy Tan and Murli Ravi on the same day.
