TIL Group, a leader in software, electric vehicles, EV infrastructure and fleet management, has appointed Anand Pillai as Group Chief Transformation Officer.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Transformation Officer – Trinity Group Companies (with entities in Software, Electric Vehicles, EV infrastructure and Fleet management) at Trinity Cleantech Pvt Ltd!” Pillai wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Pillai is an industry veteran, a Leadership Coach and Organisation Transformation Guru whose career of almost 40 years spans over 29 years in IT & services, 4 years in manufacturing and 6 years in Leadership & Organisation Transformation consulting. He has lived and worked in India, Singapore, US and Canada, in addition to having travelled to over 27 countries, according to a statement.
Previously, Pillai served as Managing Director of Leadership Matters, a company focusing on building an intrapreneurial culture in organisations. His prior corporate role was as Senior Executive Vice President – BT and Chief Learning Officer at Reliance Industries where he worked closely with Chairman Mukesh Ambani and the senior leadership at RIL along with world’s leading consultants like McKenzie, Booz & Co (now Strategy&), AT Kearney, and EY as part of the landmark Business Transformation at Reliance.
Prior to Reliance, Pillai was Senior Vice President and Global Head – Talent Transformation at HCL Technologies where he implemented the Employees First Customer Second (EFCS) strategy to transform the company on all the four parameters – Revenue, Profits, Share Value and People metrics. The company’s revenues increased by over 4.6 times, net income rose by 191 per cent, and Market Cap quadrupled. Manpower attrition reduced from an all-time high of 24.3 per cent to 12.4 per cent during the transformation period of 2005-2011, as per the statement.
