Indonesian B2B marketplace Ralali has raised an additional $2 million in its Series D funding round from Singapore-based ACA Investments, according to ACRA filings accessed by DealStreetAsia – DATA VANTAGE.
The filings further showed that the company is also issuing Series C preference shares to convertible noteholders that had extended it $4.5 million previously. The noteholders include Beenos Asia, DG Ventures, and Arbor Ventures.
