Der größte Börsengang in Deutschland seit mehr als 25 Jahren ist unter Dach und Fach. Der Volkswagen-Konzern brachte 113,9 Millionen Vorzugsaktien seiner Sportwagen-Tochter Porsche zum Preis von je 82,50 Euro bei neuen Aktionären unter, wie er am Mittwochabend mitteilte. Die Porsche AG kommt damit auf einen Börsenwert von 75 Milliarden Euro.
Mit dem Börsengang sammelt Volkswagen knapp 9,4 Milliarden Euro ein. Die Vorzugsaktien liegen am oberen Ende der vorab ausgegebenen Spanne von 76,50 Euro bis 82,50 Euro. Damit ist der Börsengang der Porsche AG die größte Erstemission – auch Initial Public Offering (IPO) genannt – in Deutschland seit der Telekom im Jahr 1996.

The debut of the sports car manufacturer Porsche also saves the poor record of IPOs in this country. Without the issue, there would have been no newcomers on the list in the third quarter.
