BeepKart, a full-stack online platform of used two-wheelers, has raised $9 million in a Series A round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India and participated by Stellaris Venture Partners and Chiratae Ventures.
The company will use the fresh funds to scale up its digital stack, strengthening the brand and operations as well as expanding its geographical footprint. Founded by Hemir Doshi and Abhishek Saraf in 2021, BeepKart buys two-wheelers from sellers and refurbishes them before selling them to buyers.
Last year, BeepKart had raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by Chiratae Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners.
Drivetrain AI raises $15m
Drivetrain AI, a financial planning and monitoring platform for growing businesses and enterprises, on Wednesday said it has raised $15 million in a Series A round, which saw participation from Elevation Capital, Jungle Ventures, and Venture Highway.
More than 25 angel investors, including Notion co-founder Akshay Kothari, ex-Googler Amit Singhal and Fareye CEO and co-founder Kushal Nahata, also participated in the fundraising, the company said.
The fresh capital will be used for product development and strengthening the go-to-market team, the company said.
Drivetrain AI was founded in 2021 by Alok Goel (ex-Partner at Elevation Capital), Tarkeshwar Thakur (former VP of Engineering at Freshworks), and Saurav Bhagat (ex-VC of Investments at Elevation Capital).
