Cruise wants to offer robot taxis in more cities

GM-owned autonomous driving start-up Cruise plans to offer its robotic taxi service in two more cities.

It was originally thought that the rides would initially be free, but now they want to start with a paid service right away. The questionnaire for the waiting list also contains questions about the time of day when one wants to use the service. In San Francisco, Cruise only operates at night. But Waymo’s ministry is to everyone time of day available, so Cruise could do the same. The company still wants to comment on this.
