SirionLabs has acquired Kenzai Intelligent Systems (Zendoc), while ZikZuk Technologies has acquired SPANACROSS IT Solutions (TaxSpanner.com).
SirionLabs buys US-based Zendoc
SirionLabs, a company that provides software applications for enterprise contract management, on Wednesday said it has acquired Kenzai Intelligent Systems (Zendoc).
DealStreetAsia had reported in August that SirionLabs was in the process of acquiring Zendoc for about $3 million.
Zendoc is registered in Seattle and provides contract management solutions that spot contract documents and store them in a secure repository. The company has 10 employees on LinkedIn.
ZikZuk acquires TaxSpanner.com
SME neobank ZikZuk Technologies on Wednesday said it has acquired SPAN ACROSS IT Solutions, popularly known as TaxSpanner.com.
According to sources, ZikZuk bought TaxSpanner.com in a cash and stock deal of around $6 million.
“At present, TaxSpanner would operate as a separate subsidiary and over a period of time, we will look at merging it with ZikZuk. Part of the acquisition is already completed, and we expect to wrap up the rest in the next 6-8 weeks,” Rahul Rasa, Co-Founder & CEO, ZikZuk, said in a statement.
