Beamery Raises $50M in Series D Funding

Beamery, a London, UK-based provider of a talent lifecycle management platform, raised $50M in Series D funding.

The round, which brought the company’s valuation to over $1 billion, was led by Teachers’ Ventures Growth, part of the C$242 billion Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by CEO Abakar Saidov, Beamery provides an AI-powered Talent Lifecycle Management platform that empowers companies to understand the skills and capabilities they have, build more agile workforce plans, and attract, retain, upskill and redeploy their workforce. With it, organizations are able to navigate change at speed, retain critical skill sets, DE&I and build the workforce.

The company’s talent platform gives companies, such as General Motors and Johnson & Johnson, the intelligence they need to make the right decisions about their workforce, and supports businesses through each stage of the talent lifecycle – from recruiting, to talent mobility and development, to upskilling.
