Asia-focused alternative asset manager Ares SSG has raised $1.125 billion so far for its sixth flagship Asian special situations fund, according to its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
According to the filing, Ares SSG has already secured commitments from at least six investors for Ares SSG Capital Partners VI LP, which was launched in December 2021.
