Electric Art Exterior and Electric Art Interior are already standard for Mercedes‑EQ models. Other standard equipment includes e.g. flush door handles, Display Package[3] and Parking Package with reversing camera. In addition, smartphone integration and pre-installation for digital key transfer are integrated. The heat pump, which is also standard, increases climatic comfort and efficiency: the waste heat from the electric drive (inverter and electric motor) and also the high-voltage battery can be used to warm the interior. This drastically reduces the draw on battery power for the heating system, thus increasing the range.

The extensive range of ex-factory driving assistance systems[4] includes Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC and Blind Spot Assist.

Mercedes‑EQ has bundled important equipment items into packages. These are called Advanced, Advanced Plus, Premium and Premium Plus, and build on each other. Their availability depends on the vehicle model.

In the EQE 43 4MATIC from Mercedes‑AMG, for example, the Premium Package is standard. Its components include the Burmester® 3D surround sound system, panoramic sliding sunroof and AMG Track Pace. In addition, this model already has rear-axle steering with a maximum steering angle of 9 degrees and DIGITAL LIGHT with projection function ex factory.

Mercedes‑Benz Bank offers attractive financing and leasing terms for both private and business customers. Vehicle insurance cover including electric protection[5] can be purchased online. Special services such as all-risk coverage for the battery are incorporated, and the charging cable is also insured. The telematics insurance InScore is particularly interesting. With this, up to 30 percent of the premium can be saved through your own driving behaviour. Mercedes‑Benz Mobility offers customers in Europe individual financial services through the respective national companies.
