David Perdomo Hollatz will take over the management of the Europe region as well as the management of Van Germany from Steffen Lucas from February onwards
David Perdomo Hollatz currently Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Vans in France, will take over as Head of Sales Mercedes-Benz Vans Europe and the Management Van Germany on February 1, 2023. He succeeds Steffen Lucas, who will leave the company on January 31, 2023.
Perdomo Hollatz started his professional career in 1998 in the passenger car division at Mercedes-Benz España. After several functions in product management, he worked on the sales side in Field Force and used car management and later was responsible for managing marketing & product management. He then took over the responsibility for Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales in Spain. In 2014, he moved to Stuttgart and was responsible for various management positions in Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales, including Market Management for key core markets in the Europe region. In 2019, Perdomo Hollatz switched to Mercedes-Benz Vans and became Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans France in Paris.

Nicolette Lambrechts will lead Sales & Marketing Mercedes-Benz Vans Region Overseas from April onwards
Nicolette Lambrechts, currently Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Vans USA, will succeed Lars Pauly and take over as Head of Sales & Marketing Mercedes-Benz Vans Region Overseas on April 1, 2023.
Lambrechts started her career in 2001 at Mercedes-Benz South Africa. At first, she worked as a sales planner for Chrysler Jeep as well as distribution and logistics for commercial vehicles. In 2008, she switched to Mercedes-Benz Vans where she held various management positions between 2008 and 2014, including National Sales Managers and Brand Managers. From 2014, international management functions as Managing Director for Mercedes-Benz Vans in South Africa and for Mercedes-Benz Vans Canada followed. In 2019, she took over as Head of Van Sales at Mercedes-Benz USA. Since 2021, Lambrechts has been Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Vans USA in Atlanta.

Steffen Lucas leaves the company to take on new challenges
In addition to the management of the Europe region, Steffen Lucas took over the international fleet and used vehicle business in 2014. In the course of realignment of Van Europe, he made a significant contribution to the integration of Sales Germany into the Europe region last year. In July 2021, he took over the overall management of the newly created region.
