Valtech, a London, UK-based business transformation agency, acquired Tome Software, a Detroit, MI-based developer of mobility IoT software solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition Valtech will expand its offering.
Led by CEO Jake Sigal and Massimo Baldini, Tome Software operates in the Internet of Things tech space, specializing in the development of mobility IoT software solutions. The company manages the product lifecycle to conceive, craft, pilot and launch solutions to real-world problems.
Led by CEO Oliver Padiou, Valtech is a business transformation agency that enables its clients to anticipate tomorrow’s trends and connect more directly with consumers in their digital and physical spaces, optimizing time to market and return on investment.
