Houston-headquartered VIAS3D, a specialised provider of digital engineering solutions and its subsidiary in India, has announced the acquisition of Trivandrum-based CADmarC Software. This is the first acquisition by VIAS3D in India.
CADmarC Software is a specialist engineering company engaged in providing customised design-based solutions to industries, including the automotive sector. Its clientele includes Toyota Boshoku Automotive India, Saint-Gobain, Aisin, Kawasaki and Desmaco Engineering among others.
CADmarC Software has branch offices in Bangalore, Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.
VIAS3D has made successful acquisitions in the USA and Mexico in the past, as a part of its growth strategy in line with its aim to significantly augment its reach in both traditional and emerging markets.
This acquisition is done with the vision of creating value for Indian and global clients by providing the top-notch engineering service and broaden the reach to both core as well as emerging industries. VIAS3D aims to double its revenue by 2025, growing at 30% to 50% CAGR per year by catering to industries such as electric vehicles, high tech, manufacturing and aerospace in their product development.
