Alibaba Group-owned Pakistani e-commerce platform Daraz is cashing in on the country’s craze for sports to shore up its customer base. After successfully streaming cricket and football matches in Pakistan, the e-commerce giant is expanding to Bangladesh by live streaming the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) matches on its app.
The online marketplace has bagged exclusive broadcasting rights for the BPL T20 matches.
