Presented Wednesday, February 15 at 12 p.m. at the Montbéliard prosecutor’s office, then before the judge of freedoms and detention (JLD), the alleged arsonist was indicted for three facts: attempted aggravated theft, aggravated degradation and degradation by means dangerous for people.
