Malaysian supermarket chain HeroMarket is said to have roped in the Singapore multinational banking and financial services group OCBC to handle its sale process, two people aware of the development told DealStreetAsia.
HeroMarket is a fully family-owned business and is run by its founders — Francis Teng and his son Austin Teng.
