Green Li-ion, a Singapore-based green tech startup that specialises in battery recycling technology, has raised $20.5 million in its pre-Series B funding round, according to regulatory filings.
Investors participating in the round include Thai smart energy solutions provider Banpu NEXT; UK-headquartered Energy Revolution Ventures, which led the firm’s $5.2-million Series A round in January last year; clean-tech investment holding firm TRIREC; and corporate VC Equinox Ventures.
