myTVS joins hands with Oracle to speed up finance and supply chain processes

myTVS, India’s largest automotive aftermarket digital platform, and part of the US$2 billion TVS Mobility Group, has inked a partnership with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, to unify operations, improve business efficiency and match the inventory with customer demand and reduce supply chain costs. 

The partnership with Oracle will help Tamil Nadu-based myTVS get better visibility of the automotive ecosystem supply chains and real-time visibility into inventory in transit and across various distribution centers. This will help to streamline the procurement process and significantly reduce the ordering cycle time.

Explaining the partnership, G. Srinivasa Raghavan, Managing Director of myTVS said that this partnership will help the firm to deliver cost-efficient processes on which digital businesses can run smoothly.

“As we are looking to invest in immersive technologies, Oracle Fusion Applications will further myTVS’ abilities to integrate and digitalise processes, enhance business insights, improve speed and accuracy in reporting and decision-making to reduce the time to close the books, and help us to make better decisions”, he further added.

Oracle Fusion Applications helps organisations take advantage of the cloud to break down organisational silos, standardise processes, and manage financial, supply chain, HR, and customer experience data on a single integrated cloud platform.

With quarterly update cycles, Oracle Fusion Applications gives customers access to continuous innovation, as new features are added every 90 days, without downtime or business disruption, added Oracle’s Johnston.

The project was implemented by PricewaterhouseCoopers, a long-time Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) member.
