The overall sales (2Ws and CVs) of Bajaj Auto declined by 2% in March 2023 to 2,91,567 units compared to 2,97,188 units in the corresponding month last year, the company said on Wednesday.
Its total two-wheeler sales (domestic + exports) fell 4 % to 2,47,002 units in March 2023, compared to 2,56,324 units in the corresponding period of last year.
Total domestic sales of two-wheelers rose 42 % to 1,52,287 units compared to 1,07,081 units in the corresponding month last year.
Exports of two-wheelers declined 37 % to 94,715 units.
In the commercial vehicle segment, the total sales rose 9%. Exports declined 51% whereas domestic sales rose 74% in March 2023.
