Artificial Intelligence is the new buzzword in venture capital, and investors are dusting off their chequebooks, even during the funding winter, to back startups that could possibly be the next ChatGPT.
Among them is Gobi Partners. The pan-Asian venture capital firm is eyeing more opportunities in AI startups in Southeast Asia, even though the potential for deals in the region is not as high as in the West, Kay Mok Ku, a partner at the firm told DealStreetAsia.
