Brakes India opens TVS Girling’s 100th Qik brake service centre in Pune

Brakes India has inaugurated its 100th Qik Brake Service (QBS) facility in Pune, five years after the braking systems supplier launched the initiative in 2018.

Brakes India today has a QBS footprint in 19 Indian states with 27 services centres in the northern part of the country, 34 in the south, 33 in the west, and six in the East. The latest QBS centre has opened at DY Patil University Road, near Nimbalkar Nagar, Lohegaon, Pune.

QBS was started in collaboration with authorised tyre dealers to offer customers free brake diagnostic service to disseminate safety-critical information and enhance awareness of brake issues in their vehicles. At the QBS, trained brake technicians examine braking parts in front of customers and replace brake pads, brake disc, brake lined shoe and brake fluid as required.
