Singapore-based private equity firm Growtheum Capital Partners has invested about $100 million into the Vietnamese dairy producer International Dairy Products (IDP), DealStreetAsia has learned.
Growtheum, set up by former GIC managing director of PE Amit Kunal, seeks to support IDP’s business expansion in Vietnam and, opportunistically, across Southeast Asia, where the dairy market is expected to grow by 7% annually from 2023 to 2027.
